Shipping policy

Shipping- Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS. Your shipping price includes tracking, signature and insurance (where applicable, please see below)

Required Signature- When ordering directly from us, your order will be signature required if your purchase is above $100. If ordering from a dealer please be aware that not all our dealers have agreed to signatures. If you want a signature please ask if that dealer allows them or request it from them.

Email Confirmation- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking when your order ships. Please make sure to check your spam folder as sometimes it is sent there instead of your inbox.

We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for returned packages. Please pay attention to your tracking and when your package may arrive. We will contact you if there is a shipping issue via email or phone number if provided. If you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for return shipping. Due to the custom nature failure or refusal to pay for return shipping will result in forfeiture of the amount paid and the product itself.
